一、概述

CGLX離心機(jī)利用不同礦粒之間的密度差異實(shí)現(xiàn)礦粒群的選擇性分離，適用于微細(xì)粒級(jí)黑色、有色及貴重稀有金屬礦物的分選回收，也可用于各種礦山尾礦中微細(xì)金屬回收及各種廢礦、難選礦的選礦。該種設(shè)備具有分選指標(biāo)好、回收微細(xì)金屬下限粒度低、能耗小、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、不污染環(huán)境等特點(diǎn)。

二、設(shè)備構(gòu)造

如圖1所示，CGLX離心機(jī)主要由離心轉(zhuǎn)鼓、機(jī)架、給礦裝置、精礦沖洗水裝置、漂洗水裝置、分礦裝置等組成。

1. Introduction

CGLX centrifugal separators separate minerals by making use of their density difference. It is suitable for processing granular ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals or for recovering granular metals from tails. They have the advantages of good performance, lower limit of grain size recovery, lower power, great adaptability and eco-friendly.

2. Structure

CGLX centrifugal separator mainly consists of centrifugal drum, support frame, rinsing device, concentrate flush device, discharging device and feed device as shown in Fig.1

三、工作原理

離心轉(zhuǎn)鼓臥式旋轉(zhuǎn)，在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)表面上產(chǎn)生徑向均勻分布的離心力場(chǎng)。礦漿由給礦裝置給至轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)表面上，并在離心轉(zhuǎn)鼓帶動(dòng)下隨轉(zhuǎn)鼓一起作回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。離心轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)表面沿軸向存在坡降，礦漿液流作回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的同時(shí)還要以一定的流速沿軸向流動(dòng)。這樣，礦漿在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)表面上呈螺旋狀沿軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)。

作螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)的礦漿液流中大比重顆粒在弱紊流流膜和離心力場(chǎng)的聯(lián)合作用下，不同密度礦粒發(fā)生選擇性分離。大比重礦粒群在極短時(shí)間內(nèi)離心沉降至離心轉(zhuǎn)鼓的內(nèi)表面上，呈壓實(shí)薄層狀顆粒層隨轉(zhuǎn)鼓一起旋轉(zhuǎn)；小比重礦粒群受流膜脈動(dòng)擴(kuò)散作用無法到達(dá)流膜底層，沿轉(zhuǎn)鼓坡降隨液相一起排出成為小比重產(chǎn)品（尾礦）通過排礦裝置排入尾礦收接槽內(nèi)。當(dāng)暫停給礦時(shí)，精礦沖洗裝置將比重大的產(chǎn)品（精礦）沖卸落至排礦裝置排入精礦收接槽內(nèi)。

CGLX離心機(jī)基于離心力場(chǎng)內(nèi)流膜分選原理，為了保證良好的離心分離效果，給礦性質(zhì)（主要為給礦體積、給礦濃度、給礦初速度）的穩(wěn)定至關(guān)重要。因此，給礦一般需除渣后進(jìn)入穩(wěn)壓（分礦）箱給至離心機(jī)。此外，CGYS離心機(jī)漂洗水要求濾除水中+ 0.5mm雜質(zhì)、精礦沖洗水要求濾除水中+ 0.2mm雜質(zhì)，水壓要求達(dá)到0.4～0.6Mpa。

3. Principle of Operation

Its centrifugal drum rotates and slurry is fed onto the inside surface of the drum by a feeding device. Minerals of different densities in the slurry suffer different moving displacements under the combined actions of centrifugal field and film dilation. Heavy minerals suffer bigger displacements than that of the light ones in the film so that heavy minerals quickly settle down onto the drum and rotate together with the drum as a centrifugally pressed thin concentrate layer; light minerals, however, flow out of the drum to become tails along with the film through discharging device outside the machine. When the feed is paused, concentrate flush device starts to flush heavy minerals into discharging device to let them become concentrates.
